I completely understand where you're coming from on why you asked me what are some values about her that has me so pinned on her, and you could be right that it's because I want to "win" her over. Ok so i been going out with my girlfriend for 2 years now. Everything has been going very well until last november when she got a new job at walmart. At first i was really excited for her because i thought it was awsome, but then i soon found out how many guys work at walmart lol. Anyway i didn't mind much in the beginning until she came home one night all happy because one guy (billy) came up and asked her out and gave her his phone number and i was just like ok. Then like a week later i had a paper to write and found out she went and hung out with him till around 1 a.m. at a park alone. Wouldn't mind it much but anytime she hung out with me she woudln't stay out past around 11:30-12. Thats when i started to get jealous. She started to hang out with him all the time after that, seemed like every chance she got for about a week. Then everything cooled off. Then about three weeks later i went on a cruise left town for a week and she watched my house. The only thing i asked her was not to drink with him, well i got back and found out she went to a party and got totally wasted with him. After getting into a big fight i just let it go and went on with life. For about the next 6 months everything was fine. Until this past mid april, when they started to talk alot again almost everynight after she left my house and then they wanted to hang out with each other again. About may 1st she broke up with me because she wanted to go do her own thing for a little bit and said she just wanted to be single for a little bit. After that i kinda just deleted her from my life because it hurt too much. Im not really sure what exactly happened on the break guessing she hung out with him everynight since thats all i saw her with. Read some things and heard some things about how she thought he was an amazing guy and she just wanted me to get over us blah blah blah. To make a long story short i wanted to get back together with her so i started to talk to her again. At first she was very reluctant because she didn't want to make billy mad. After about a week past things started to change and we hung out a couple nights and started talking about going back out again. Two weeks passed because i went on vacation to NY and we talked on the phone almost everynight. After billy heard she was talking to me again he kinda started to ignore her which made it pretty easy at first. But now after going out again for about three weeks i cant stop being jealous of him. She has told me that she loves me and just likes him, and that she will probally always have feelings for him but wont act on them. I really do believe her and i believe 100% in my heart that she woudln't cheat on me. I really love her and i dont want to rip apart our relationship because of jealousy. She has told me she still wants to be friends with him and she cant just delete him from her life (big part of that is because they work and see each other alot). Well we all went out the other night me her billy and his friends and i tried to be cool with it but halfway through the night i just started to get annoyed and jealous and pretty much ruined the rest of it for both of us. I dont know what to do i dont want to be jealous and i have never been jealous of anyone ever befor. Please help me. Sorry this is so long.
